which part of India does experience the highest diurnal range of temperature and why

The North Western part comparison the Thar Desert experience the highest diurnal range of temperature. Hair the day temperature may rise of 50 degree Celsius and drop down to near 15 degree celsius at the same night. The reason behind this phenomenon is that sand absorbs heat very quickly in sun sign and loose it in the same speed during night when there is no sun sign this result in a wide difference between day and night temperatures in this region
